Bike Fit? What exactly does this mean?

Many motorbike riders under estimate the importance of the subject “Bike Fit” and this is often a source of debate.

Bike Fit can relate to both you and your bike and this is important if you are about to depart on a motorcycle tour or just go out for a run at the weekend.

First of all let’s cover the subject of “is your bike fit”? 

We have seen the “Long Way Round” and the “Long Way Down” with Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman but now a couple from Sussex are going a step further in what is labelled as the “Top to the Bottom Of The World” ride. As if the recent story of Pete visiting 32 Manchesters in the US was not enough Nick and Ivanka from Sussex has decided that they are going to give up the rat race for 9 months and take on the monster challenge of travelling from the top of North America to the bottom of South America under the guise of their honeymoon of all things!
